Open Reed Weave

Open reed weaving combines two production processes in one. The process is optimised considerably because embroidering is done during weaving. This process gives the possibilities to produce individual designs based on customer requirements.

It must be possible to integrate the embroidery pattern in the weaving process 

=> The embroidery threads are moved lateral to the fill direction. 

Small batches can be produced if desired. 

Furthermore, with the embroidery process additional functions can be added to the decorative fabric (e.g. use of conductive yarn in the embroidery process).
